Vince co-founded Grownetics from direct experience running cultivation operations and hitting the same wall most commercial growers know: fragmented controls, unreliable sensors, and technology that was not designed around how plants actually grow.
His background in lean, data-driven manufacturing and continuous improvement gave him a different lens on the problem. Where most CEA operators accept disconnected systems as the norm, Vince saw it as a systems integration challenge with measurable solutions.
